When I first came to Suzanne and Philippe's garden in Garidech, in the North East of Toulouse, in October 2017, I hadn't imagined this garden would become a pivotal place for political experiments and prototyping. I received a warm welcome and enjoyed a few pleasant days with very nice people.
When I came back in April 2018, I realized the great potential not only of the place but of all the persons this house was gathering together: Suzanne and Philippe, its inhabitants, Bernard, the amazing neighbour I plan to prototype future mobile houses with, and their circle of friends and acquaintances. In one place, I had found not only a refuge but also a pool of people to pull me upwards.
